Health Guarantee      

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and free from visible signs of infectious, contagious or communicable diseases.

A veterinary finding of intestinal or external parasites shall not be grounds for declaring this puppy unfit for purchase unless the puppy is clinically ill due to such condition.

A licensed veterinarian must examine your puppy within 72 hours of delivery. Should there be a problem the breeder’s veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be exchanged for the original puppy. There will be no cash or credit refunds. We offer replacement only.

Breeder must be notified at once at the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian.

We guarantee the puppy to be free from life-threatening congenital defects for three months from date of birth.

Hip or joint problems, coccidiosis, parasites, cherry eye, viral, bacterial infections are not covered due to too many variables to why some of these problems can occur that are not just heredity induced.

If the puppy is proved to have a congenital defect within three months and is returned to the breeder, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The breeder will pay shipping on the replacement puppy.

All vet charges incurred by the purchaser are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by the breeder.

No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been spayed, neutered, or euthanized without the breeder’s permission.

Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed upon by both parties and be on comparable bloodlines. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be from the same exact parents of the original puppy.

There are certain disorders that may be caused be environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered in this guarantee.

This puppy is not guaranteed to be show quality, breedable or undecending testicals (males).

 It is further understood that no guarantee or representation has been made with respect to the sold puppy except as set forth in writing in this agreement.
